Covid-19 Screening and Safety Measures

All clinic locations of Generation Fertility remain open in compliance with current Ontario public health measures and restrictions, in order to continue providing essential fertility care and treatments.

 

Please abide by all provincial health regulations, and continue your monitoring, medications and appointments as instructed by your health care team.

To protect our patients, we have the following screening and safety protocols in place:

    You will be asked to complete a COVID-19 symptom screening questionnaire prior to treatment, and to review and sign a waiver.

    You will be asked to register at the reception desk upon arrival at the clinic and to notify us when you leave.

    You will be required to clean your hands with disinfectant when you enter the clinic.

    Wearing a mask will be mandatory within the clinic; no personal masks

    Accompanying persons, such as spouse or companion are welcome to wait in the waiting room.
