Magical doesn’t even begin to describe what it’s like to be carry this miracle baby.

Today is world IVF day and if anything deserves a shout out it’s the process of IVF and my fabulous team of helpers at @generationfertilityclinic. 43 years ago the first ever IVF baby was conceived and here I am today forever thankful. ⁣

Thankful for this exact moment⁣
Thankful for this chance ⁣
Thankful for every kick and wiggle ⁣
Thankful for my amazing husband who stuck through the IVF hormones so pregnancy hormones have been a breeze for him 😂 ⁣
Thankful to everyone who has reached out and supported us and even to those who took the time to listen. ⁣⁣

I could stare at this small corner of the nursery for days. Is it done? Not even close but one day I’ll be standing here in a pile dirty laundry changing a stinky diaper and for that I will forever be thankful. ⁣

No matter what anyone says we are excited for the sleepless nights, the four hour long cries when we don’t know what we’re doing, the poop explosions and everything in between. ⁣⁣

IVF doesn’t always guarantee a baby but this time it did, for us.
